My full name is Emily June Valencia, yep like the orange.  I grew up in a small Midwestern town with two brothers, and I wouldn’t trade that experience for anything. I love the fact that I can go anywhere and see a familiar face.

I opened the next chapter of my life in the Fall of 2010. I began attending Western Illinois University studying Art Education.  I recently graduated in December 2012.

Most recently, I was hired at Paxton-Buckley-Loda High School in Paxton, IL as the Art Teacher.  I am thrilled to be here, and I am  teaching Art I, Art II, Art III, and Graphic Design.
 

My first passion is for people; whether it’s serving them, loving them, taking their photo, talking with them...people are my thing. I love because I was loved first, through Christ.
